2018 Meetings

February 8, 2018 (cutoff for receipt is January 11, 2018)

February meeting has been canceled - Makeup date TBD.

May 17, 2018 (cutoff for receipt is April 19, 2018)

August 16, 2018 (cutoff for receipt is July 19, 2018)

November 15, 2018 (cutoff for receipt is October 18, 2018)

All grant applications must be received at least four weeks prior to the meeting date at which you would like it to be reviewed. If not received by the cutoff date, your request will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting, no exceptions. We do not accept e-mailed applications.

Grant applications can be hand delivered on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday ONLY between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please call ahead of time to make sure someone will be there to receive your application.

All requests from colleges and universities will be reviewed at the November meeting.
